New clients are required to schedule an initial intake prior to participating in any group with a group facilitator. Each intake is 15-30 minutes.
Women’s ADHD Group
ADHD is more than attention and organization. Many women experience challenges with emotions, relationships, self-criticism, and feeling overwhelmed. This 4-part workshop offers a supportive space to better understand the female ADHD experience, build practical skills, and connect with others through psychoeducation, reflection, and mind-body practices.
